Victoria runs the post office in Llynkhiya, with a sorely misplaced fervor. Mail tends to be local or bypasses the post office entirely, finding itself loaded on to a ship, naval and interplanetary, before it can fall into Victoria's hands.
Victoria is close friends with Dellic, as the two grew up alongside each other. Most mornings she stops by the inn to share breakfast and talk about the going-ons of the town.
